WS Residential to Host Macmillan Coffee Morning in Brighouse
WS Residential is proud to be supporting Macmillan Cancer Support by hosting a coffee morning at our Brighouse office on Friday 26th September 2025, from 9am – 5pm.
The event will take place at the WS Residential branch, 110 Commercial Street, Brighouse, HD6 1AQ, where visitors can enjoy freshly baked cakes, plenty of tea and coffee, and a warm community atmosphere — all while helping to raise vital funds for Macmillan.
Right now, almost 3.5 million people are living with cancer in the UK, and Macmillan expects this figure to rise to 4 million by 2030. Every donation helps the charity fund specialist nurses, provide vital information, and support those living with cancer to live life as fully as they can.
Alongside delicious bakes from our team, the coffee morning will feature:
- Bottle tombola – tickets just £2 for a chance to win.
- Raffle – tickets available throughout September, with the draw taking place during the coffee morning.
Prizes have been kindly donated by local businesses, including:
- £40 Copper Cow Restaurant voucher
- Bottle of Champagne – donated by Brearley’s solicitors
- £10 Ryecorn Wholefood voucher
- X2 Hartley’s afternoon tea for 2 voucher
- Lords Photography voucher worth £100 for a photoshoot and a frame
- Bottle of rosé wine from Vine Bar

- Meat hamper from B White Butchers and sandwich shop
- Cut and blow dry – donated by Hair by Kizzy

- £20 voucher for The White Horse, Lightcliffe
We expect to add more prizes as we get closer to the coffee morning.
We also have free financial advice from Rod Fisher of Pennine Mortgage Solutions. Rod will be available between 10am and 2pm to offer you mortgage and protection advice and answer any financial questions you may have.
